Local Shipping: All local shipping will be shipped via Qoo10 Qxpress tracked shipping.

International Shipping: All international shipping will be shipped via Qxpress tracked shipping. Please take note that this may take about 3-4 weeks for delivery as delivery times are dependent on custom inspection times and your local courier processing time.

The band seeks to ship out your orders as soon as possible. However, there may be times when the band may not be able to ship out your order within the stipulated 7 days (usually when we are on tour). If so, we will drop you a message for a choice to wait or for a refund. The band, however, will not be responsible for any courier delays after the item has been sent out.
